To qualify for the Upgrade from Certificate to Full Licence Course, you need to hold a current Registration Certificate from the training package CPP40307. If you hold a Registration Certificate from the older training package PRDPE and with to gain your full licence, you can either complete the Full Real Estate Licence under the current training package CPP40307 or apply for RPL (conditions apply).
To obtain your Upgrade from Certificate to Full Licence statement of attainment with the remaining 12 units of competency, you can attend a 3-Days face-to-face course (8:45am – 5:30pm) with Real Estate Academy Australia. Please see REAA’s Student Handbook to refer to recommended completion times of all assessments.
REAA trainers will work closely with you during the course to help you professionally develop in your real estate career and competently use the online learning platform . REAA’s team of assessors are also available for assessment completion support after the 3-Day face-to-face classroom course should you need further assistance with your assessments.
Before you Enrol…
To complete an REAA course transparently, you will need:
– a Laptop, Mac or Windows computers are both compatible (Windows 8 or above)
– the latest version of Adobe Reader (currently Adobe Reader 11)
– internet access at home or work after the face-to-face classroom courses is complete so you can finish the assessments via the online learning platform

The 3-Day face-to-face Registration Certificate course in Queensland will see the trainer deliver the remaining 12 units of competency:

After the course, REAA recommend an average of 34 – 40 hours to complete all assessments and assignments from the 12 units of competency delivered in the course. Please note, these hours are based on REAA’s past course completions and this time may vary from student to student. You have up to 12 months to complete the course.
All units of competency and course content is recognised by the QLD Office of Fair Trading.
Upon the successful completion of your real estate training and post-course assessments, your assessments will be marked by REAA’s assessing team within 7 business days and you will receive a Statement of Attainment (SoA) from REAA. You then attach a copy of your SoA to your application form. Please also remember to include your statement of attainment from your registration certificate course so all 19 units of competency are submitted with the application (7 units from registration course, remaining 12 units from the upgrade course). You then submit your application form with both SoA’s to QLD Office of Fair Training who, subject to you meeting the eligibility criteria, issues your Full Real Estate Licence.
