Course Overview
This course consists of 5 units from the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and provides the opportunity to apply for registration with the NSW Office of Fair Trading as an Assistant Agent in Real Estate—an essential qualification to work in real estate sales, leasing, and property management in NSW. It also opens doors to employment under a Licensee in Charge (Class 1 Agent), allowing you to actively engage in real estate transactions.
As an Assistant Agent, you’ll have the chance to attract new clients and build your portfolio. While only Class 1 or Class 2 Agents can formalize contracts, the experience and connections you gain as an Assistant Agent are key stepping stones to further advancement in your career.
