If you’re an NSW Assistant Agent, you’re required to complete Continuing Professional Development (CPD) each year to maintain your Certificate of Registration.
Assistant Agents also have a maximum of four years to obtain a Class 2 Agent Licence, which requires completion of the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

Frequently Asked Questions
+ Will I be assessed during the session?
No. The session helps you complete your role play recording. Your evidence is assessed later by a qualified assessor through the normal LMS process.
+ Do I need to have completed all theory first?
It is recommended, but not always required. You should book the session that matches where you are up to in your course.
+ Do I need to record my own role play?
Yes. Students are responsible for recording their own role play and uploading the file to the LMS.
+ What happens if my recording does not work?
If an obvious issue is identified during the session, REAA staff may ask you to re-record or re-upload where possible.
+ Can I attend more than one session?
Yes. You can book the sessions relevant to your course requirements.
