CPD for Property Professionals
In Queensland, all licensed and registered property professionals—including real estate agents, salespeople (such as property managers), real property auctioneers, and resident letting agents—must now complete Continuing Professional Development (CPD). These programs are designed to strengthen your knowledge, keep you aligned with industry standards, and ensure professional excellence. Staying informed about evolving regulations and best practices helps you build client confidence and uphold the integrity of the property industry.
CPD is separate from the initial training you completed to gain your licence or registration. Each CPD year, you’re required to complete two approved sessions. You can also sign up for CLD reminders to receive timely updates and check your CPD year to stay on track with compliance.
Your CPD Training Choices
Our CPD sessions are structured to help you grow professionally while meeting your mandatory requirements. They’re divided into two main types — designed to fit your learning goals, time, and career aspirations.
Enhance your real estate knowledge and meet your Queensland CPD requirements with accredited and non-accredited training options approved by the Office of Fair Trading. Whether you’re upgrading to a full real estate licence or simply maintaining your registration, these programs offer flexible, practical pathways to advance your career while staying compliant.
Type 2 sessions offer practical, non-accredited professional development tailored to real-world property industry topics. Flexible and easy to fit into your schedule, these sessions help you build actionable skills in areas like communication, dispute resolution, and customer service, while also fulfilling your CPD requirements.
