This course provides the training required to apply to NSW Fair Trading for an Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration in Real Estate – Sales and Leasing, allowing you to begin working in the NSW real estate and property industry.

As a registered Assistant Agent, you can perform a range of real estate activities under the supervision of a licensed agent, including:

Assisting with property sales and leasing transactions.
Introducing prospective buyers and tenants to properties.
Assisting with rent collection and property management services.

Assistant Agents must work under the supervision of a licensed agent and cannot independently enter into agency agreements or contracts for the sale of property.

This NSW Assistant Agent course includes 5 units of competency from the nationally recognised CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

An Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration is valid for 4 years and is generally not renewable. During this period, you must complete the required qualifications and work experience to progress to a Class 2 Real Estate Agent Licence.

REAA provides online learning guides, additional resources and access to trainer support via email through the student platform.
