This course allows you to take your Registration Certificate units (from the CPP41419 package) and complete the remaining units to gain the qualification required to apply for a Full Real Estate Licence with QLD Office of Fair Trading.
This course is online self-paced, the time it takes you to complete the course is up to you as you can do as much or as little as you want at a pace that suits you within the maximum timeframe.

The Full Real Estate Licence qualification is required to be able to apply to the QLD Office of Fair Trading for a Full Real Estate Licence. Licence holders can own and operate their own agencies and be the Principal Licensee in Charge. Additionally, they are able to manage apartment complexes and sell any units independently and operate a trust account.
As part of this course, you will have access to 7 units of competency from the CPP41419 training package.
