Course overview
The Diploma of Property (Agency Management) (CPP51122) is a nationally recognised qualification designed for experienced real estate professionals seeking to develop the knowledge and skills required to manage and lead a successful real estate agency.
Delivered 100% online through REAA’s learning platform, the course provides the flexibility to study when and where it suits you. Whether you’re balancing work, family or other commitments, you can progress through the course at your own pace while receiving support from REAA’s experienced trainers and assessors.
The qualification consists of 12 nationally recognised units of competency, which are completed in sequential order. Each unit is released once the previous unit has been successfully completed, allowing you to build your knowledge progressively throughout the qualification.
In accordance with the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), students receive 12 months to complete the qualification. Each unit has been developed to reflect the practical knowledge and skills required to effectively manage and lead a modern real estate agency. During this time, you’ll complete a combination of knowledge questions, practical activities and video role plays designed to demonstrate competency against the requirements of each unit.
Upon successful completion of all assessment requirements, you will be awarded the CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management).

- the latest version of Adobe Reader (currently Adobe Reader DC) and Microsoft Word

- video recording device (webcam, phone, laptop, etc)

Upon successfully completing all assessment requirements and being deemed competent in all units of competency, you will be awarded the nationally recognised CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management).
Graduates who have also met the experience and eligibility requirements prescribed by NSW Fair Trading may apply for a NSW Class 1 Real Estate Agent Licence.
Your qualification will be issued electronically once all requirements have been successfully completed and your Unique Student Identifier (USI) has been verified.
