Have you already completed your Assistant Agent (CPP41419) units? Are you wanting to be able to apply for a Class 2 Licence? Your Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent) is only issued for 4 years! During this time, you will need to apply for an individual property licence (Class 2) to be able to continue working in the real estate industry.
This course is online self-paced, the time it takes you to complete the course is up to you as you can do as much or as little as you want at a pace that suits you within the maximum timeframe.
This course allows you to take your Assistant Agent units (from the CPP41419 package) and complete the remaining units in the Certificate IV in Property Practices to be able to apply for a Class 2 Licence with NSW Office of Fair Trading.
The Certificate IV in Real Estate Practices is the qualification required to be able to apply to the NSW Office of Fair Trading for a Class 2 Licence. Class 2 Licence holders will be known as ‘Licensed Agents’ and are able to sell and manage properties.
As part of this course, you will have access to 13 units of competency from the CPP41419 training package. Please note, NSW Office of Fair Trading require 12 months industry experience as an Assistant Agent before you can successfully apply to be classified as a Class 2 Licenced Agent.

You have 12 months to complete this course.
