For example, an agent’s representative can act as a salesperson or carry out property management processes but cannot operate a real estate agency business.

As part of this course, you will have access to 18 units of competency which make up the CPP41419 – VIC Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice which is the required educational qualification to enter the real estate sector and work as an Agents Representative.
