Do I have to complete role play in this course?
Yes. Video role plays form a mandatory component of this qualification and are required to demonstrate competency against the requirements of the relevant units of competency.
Video role plays simulate real-world interactions commonly encountered in the real estate industry and provide an opportunity to demonstrate your communication and practical skills in a workplace context. Where you are unable to complete the role plays in person, they may be conducted via an online meeting platform such as Zoom. You may complete the role plays with a friend, family member or colleague, or purchase REAA’s one-on-one assisted role play service if required.
