Part 1 – FNS50322 Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management
The qualification conforms with the requirements set by the National Government of Australia. This course is developed for new entrants to the mortgage broking industry and those currently providing mortgage broking services looking to gain a formal qualification while meeting the education requirements. As part of this course, you will have access to 15 units of competency that forms the FNS50322 Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. To successfully complete this course you are required to complete and be deemed ‘Satisfactory’ in all 15 units of competency.
Each module has learning resources and assessment tasks, including questions, practical skills assessment and role plays.
REAA will provide you with all of the course content you will need to complete the assessments and obtain your qualification. We also have a platform in our learning portal where you can message the trainers to ask them any questions you have about the course, content and assessment.

*Part 2 – BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business
As part of this course, you will have access to 12 units of competency which make up the BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business (Business Operations). BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business (Business Operations) provides students an introduction to core business management principles. The skills in the Certificate IV in Business (Business Operations) are at the heart of all organisations across Australia. Its units are very practical and are applied in a vast range of industries and businesses every day. Holding the Certificate IV in Business (Business Operations) tells employers that you have the essential business skills to be an important asset in any workplace.
*Once you have achieved the FNS50322 Diploma of Mortgage Broking Management qualification you will gain access to a further 12 units of competency for the BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business.
Before you Enrol…
To complete an REAA course, you will need:
– a laptop or desktop (Mac or Windows computers are both compatible) (Windows 8 or above)
– the latest version of Adobe Reader (currently Adobe Reader DC) and Microsoft Office Suite
– internet access so you can finish the assessments via the online learning platform (Google chrome browser is recommended)
– video recording device (eg – phone, webcam, video camera)

The Course…
REAA recommends an average of 8-10 hours to complete each unit of competency. Please note, these hours are based on REAA’s past course completions and this time will vary from student to student. You have 12 months from enrolment to complete the FNS50322 Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management course in full. You have 12 months to complete the BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business following from the completion of the Diploma.
Upon the successful completion of your real estate training and assessments, your assessments will be marked by REAA’s assessing team. Standard grading times are 10 business days from completion of your course. Once deemed ‘Satisfactory’ in all units you will receive your qualification.
