Course overview

The FNS50322 – Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management conforms with the requirements set by the National Government of Australia. This course is developed for new entrants to the mortgage broking industry and those currently providing mortgage broking services looking to gain a formal qualification and maintain knowledge while meeting the education requirements.

As part of this course, you will have access to 15 units of competency that forms the FNS50322 Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. To successfully complete this course you are required to complete and be deemed ‘Satisfactory’ in all 15 units of competency.

Each module has learning resources and assessment tasks, including questions and role plays.

REAA will provide you with all of the course content you need to complete the assessments and obtain your qualification. We also have a platform in our learning portal where you can message the mortgage broker trainers to ask them any questions you have about the course, content and assessment.

Questions about the course

Do I have to complete role plays in this course?

Yes, completing the role plays is a mandatory component of the course. They are required to demonstrate your competence as outlined in the units of competency. The role plays are designed to simulate real-world client interactions in the finance and mortgage broking industry and are essential for being deemed competent in the course.

These activities are intended to prepare you for professional conversations you will routinely encounter as a mortgage broker or finance professional. If you’re unable to complete the role plays in person with someone, you may perform them via video platforms like Zoom. You can complete the role plays with a friend, family member, or alternatively, purchase one-on-one assisted role play sessions through the REAA website. Please check our website for options.

Once you enrol into the course with REAA, you will receive a confirmation, receipt and also an email with your login details (keep an eye on your spam folder just in case). If you still have questions, please contact REAA via live chat or email info@reaa.com.au
