A live 1:1 role play session is a platform where you work face-to-face via video and audio exclusively with a trained staff member to fulfil the practical requirements associate with the unit of competency. CPPREP4122 – Manage tenant relationships (Release 1) is a 1/2-hour session covering the following tasks;
- Tenant’s rental requirements
- Inform tenant about terms of tenancy.
