Your Bulletin Board post can be viewed here (as long as you’re logged in), and you can edit, duplicate, archive or delete it any time from within the portal. Simply click Bulletin Board > Your Bulletin Posts and follow the prompts.

Now for the good part- when you can expect to see it published on www.zoii.co as a shareable piece of content with do- follow links that will help support your SEO?

• If you’ve shared an offer (discount codes, sales promos etc) or competition that’s relevant for our consumer audience it will be reviewed and published on our What’s Hot page
• If you’ve shared a product launch, opening, community news, or press release that’s relevant for our consumer audience it will be reviewed and published on our What’s New page
• If you’ve shared an Industry Announcement, collaboration call out or a Bulletin that’s only relevant for the eyes of other business owners within our Zoii for Business community it won’t be published on www.zoii.co

We publish across to www.zoii.co on a Monday and Tuesday so it’s likely you’ll see your feature on Zoii by the Wednesday morning following when you share it. Before we publish it, we might jazz it up a bit with some additional keywords, and add some extra links (like your product page or to shop) if we notice they’re missing, because making you look good is what we’re about and we want you to get the most you can out of being seen on Zoii.

Some other handy things to know:

• Zoii for Business members have just been notified via email if your Bulletin Board is a call out or collaboration style Bulletin and it’s highly relevant to them
• You’ll receive a notification if any other Zoii for Business members comment on your Bulletin post
• Other Zoii for Business members will also be able to reach out to you directly via a personalised email if they click ‘Respond to this Bulletin post’ when they are viewing your Bulletin
